Monthly service
Your monthly service combines agreed local search work, AI receptionist support, enquiry handling, review requests, and reporting.
- We review progress, identify gaps, and refine the priorities with you as your business needs change.
Customers need to find you, trust you, and get a response before they can book. When one of those steps breaks down, the opportunity can go to someone else. The Local Appointment Engine™ connects local marketing, AI call answering, and appointment booking in one managed service for contractors and local service businesses.

Your monthly service combines agreed local search work, AI receptionist support, enquiry handling, review requests, and reporting.
Implementation gets the foundations and agreed systems ready for use.
Your proposal spells out the scope before you commit.
You may already deliver better service than the businesses ranking above you. But customers can only choose from the options they find and the businesses that respond.
Your services match what they need, but your business is missing from the searches that matter.
Your website leaves them unsure about your services, coverage, or why they should trust you.
You’re on a job or helping someone else. Before you can return the call, they’ve tried another contractor.
Details get missed, follow-up takes too long, or booking involves more back-and-forth than it should.
We look at how these problems connect, then build the work around the gaps in your business.
Help nearby customers discover and choose your business.
We improve your local search presence and the information customers use to decide whether to contact you.
Your agreed plan can include:
The focus is on the services you want to grow and the locations your team can cover.
Give callers a response, even when your team is unavailable.
We configure an AI receptionist around your business information and the way you handle enquiries.
Your agreed setup can include:
You decide the boundaries. We define what the receptionist can answer, what it should collect, and when it needs to involve your team.
Make the next step easier for suitable customers.
We connect qualified enquiries with a booking process that fits your services and availability.
Your agreed setup can include:
Some enquiries can be booked directly. Others need your team’s judgment first. We build that distinction into the process.
More enquiries aren’t automatically better if they’re outside your area, for services you don’t provide, or beyond your team’s capacity.
Before we recommend the plan, we ask:
Your answers guide the marketing priorities, qualification rules, and booking setup.
You shouldn’t have to guess whether the work is creating useful opportunities.
We agree on the measures that matter to your business and report on what your systems allow us to track, including:
Where your sales records support it, we also connect appointments to attended visits, won jobs, and revenue.
A booking is a step toward new business. Understanding what happens after it helps us make better decisions together.
This plan is built for HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, and other local service businesses that want to improve both customer acquisition and enquiry handling.
It may be a good fit if you:
If you already have strong systems and only need one specific improvement, a focused service may make more sense.
We’ll tell you honestly if we don’t think the package is right for your business.
Fit before fee.
We learn about your services, customers, goals, and current enquiry process.
We assess how people find you and where they may be dropping out before booking.
We confirm the priorities, deliverables, costs, responsibilities, and measures of progress.
We put the agreed improvements in place, configure the systems, and test the customer experience.
We review the results with you and adjust the work based on what we learn.
It doesn’t have to. The AI receptionist can support your existing team with overflow or after-hours calls. We agree on its role and how enquiries should reach a person when needed.
We review your current setup before you commit. Supported connections, call-forwarding requirements, scheduling compatibility, and any additional costs are confirmed in your proposal.
Only enquiries that meet your agreed booking rules should be scheduled automatically. Requests that need a quote, technical assessment, or a team member’s judgment follow a separate handover process.
It follows the escalation process we establish with you. That may involve transferring the call where supported or collecting the details for your team to follow up. It should not guess at information outside its approved scope.
Call answering can begin once the required information, connections, configuration, and testing are complete. Search visibility improvements take longer. We confirm your implementation timeline after reviewing the scope and systems involved.
No. Search positions, AI recommendations, and customer decisions are outside our direct control. We commit to the agreed work, clear reporting, and ongoing improvements based on the results we can measure.
We’ll need access to the relevant accounts, accurate service information, booking and escalation rules, and timely feedback during setup. Your team also needs to handle referred enquiries and keep availability and business details current.
The initial commitment is three months, followed by month-to-month service with 30 days’ notice. Your agreement sets out the full terms. The initial period gives us time to implement and assess the work; it does not guarantee results within three months.
Paid advertising and full website builds are outside this package. Agreed improvements to your existing website are included within the scope confirmed in your proposal.
Tell us about the work you want more of and what happens when a new customer contacts you.
